10. Returns

RISING STAR does not have a return service because of cleaning reasons.

 

11. Delivery and packing

When you place an order on the web, the RISING STAR team will deliver you as soon as possible in the shortest possible time, but you will not be able to deliver the goods to your hands within the expected time.

 

You need to sign and confirm your product at the time of receipt. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods.
